Copy of Immunizations

Parents-  Rising 7th Grade students are required to have the Tdap shot BEFORE entering 7th grade.  Please make sure we have a copy of the updated shot records (which includes the Tdap) to ensure a smooth start to the 7th grade year.  The earlier the better!  Students will not be able to start school without the correct paperwork.
