Principal’s Message
Horizon Middle School is a traditional public middle school, rich with culture and traditions that have been in place since the school opened in 1995. Horizon has been a model of excellence in the area of academics, sports, the arts, and parent & community involvement.
Dear Horizon Families,
As we continue in the first quarter of the school year, I’m proud to share that our Eagles are soaring—both in the classroom and beyond!
Across campus, we’ve seen great teaching in action. Our educators are bringing lessons to life with engaging strategies, focused notebooks, and meaningful data chats that help every student grow. Whether it’s math interventions, science labs, or collaborative projects, our classrooms are buzzing with learning.
Outside the classroom, our students are showing up and showing out! From athletics to clubs, music, and student leadership, our Eagles are embracing opportunities to connect, lead, and shine. Their commitment to our PBIS pillars—Strive to do your best, Own your actions, Positive attitude, and Show respect—is evident in everything they do.
