Principal Updates

Horseplay

Parents, we continue to see students who choose to horseplay on campus. Please support us and explain why horseplay is not acceptable on campus to your child.

1) It can lead to injury
2) It often escalates and becomes aggressive or combative turning into a fight
3) Some students may not understand they are "just playing" and feel harassed and bullied.

Our deans have been reviewing the expectations at lunches.

We are taking horseplay very seriously and consequences will be given for horseplay on campus.

Thank you!

  1. Student Drop off begins at 9:00 AM. Staff is not available prior to 9 AM for supervision.
  2. Please follow the car line directions- this is for everyone's safety. Allow for extra time this week as traffic will be heavier.

Arrival/ Pick Up Procedures

Student drop-off begins no earlier than 9:00 am in the car-rider loop. Students are prohibited from being on campus before this time. The school does not have staff on duty until 9:00 am. Walkers are also not permitted to come around the gate until we open at 9:00 am. The YMCA provides before school care for parents that need it for a small fee. Any students on campus before arrival time need to register with the YMCA. Feel free to apply online through our website or inquire in the front office between 7:30 and 8:50 am daily. YMCA Mornings will start August 11. YMCA After School will start August 25. YMCA After School is Free, but students must register.
